How does Dota 2 work on Bountx?

On Bountx, you play Dota 2 as usual, on your own account, and choose a challenge before you queue up.

The result depends only on what happens in the game. Official match data is used to verify whether the challenge criteria were met.

You can play solo or with your friends, in two game modes:

• Ranked: Dota 2’s classic ranked matches, with the game’s own matchmaking putting you against players at your skill level.
• Turbo: Dota 2’s fastest mode, with boosted gold and experience gain and shorter matches. Perfect if you want more action in less time.

Step by step: how to play a challenge in Dota 2

Getting started is simple. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Create your account: sign up on Bountx and verify your identity. The platform is for players 18 and older.
2. Download Bountx: install the app on your computer.
3. Add funds: add funds to your account to take on challenges.
4. Link your Steam account: connect the account you use to play Dota 2. Each user can link only one account per game.
5. Choose your mode and challenge: select Ranked or Turbo, set the amount of your Play and pick one of the available challenges.
6. Play your match: queue up in Dota 2 and give it your best. At the end, the result is verified using the match data.

What are the Dota 2 challenges?

Right now, Dota 2 on Bountx has two challenges, available in both Ranked and Turbo:

• Win the match: the most straightforward challenge. Destroy the enemy Ancient and secure the win for your team.
• Win the match + best KDA of the match: besides winning, you need to finish with the highest KDA of all players in the match. The best KDA must be unique: if your KDA ties with another player’s, the challenge is not completed.

KDA is calculated by adding your kills and assists and dividing the result by your deaths. For example: with 8 kills, 4 deaths and 12 assists, your KDA is (8 + 12) / 4 = 5.0.

Available challenges can change with platform updates, so always check the list in the app before you play. The reward depends on the challenge you choose and is shown on the platform before you start the match.
